Good afternoon!

We are located at 3146 Norbrook Drive in the Bellbrook Industrial Park North of Brooks Road just West of the Brooks/ Elvis Presley intersection. Olymbec International is the owner of the park. Previously CB Richard Ellis manager the park for an absentee owner.

The park is a big place for you who haven’t been there. Corky’s has their cook / freeze / overnight operation located in the park. Goodyear has a truck tire retreading operation there also. At one time, Sears had the old catalog outlet store fronting Brooks. There have been building supply operations, electrical suppliers, two that I know of and numerous trucking and third party logistics operations. There’s Tri State Theater Supply for all of your popcorn, cotton candy, hot hog, party needs. And last but not least, Tastee BBQ on Brooks. This eatery has been in the same place under the same family’s ownership since the early 70’s. Drop in for the breakfast special. Eggs to order, grits, biscuits, gravy, fried potatoes, bacon, ham, sausage, smoked sausage and coffee. Miss Ann will fix it anyway you want it after Jamie takes your order.
